Patricia Shifflett is a Vice President and Sector Lead, Health. She has 30+ years of experience managing public health programs at the federal, state, and local levels. Ms. Shifflett oversees public health research and evaluation projects with special insight into strategic planning and implementation of programs bearing impact on population health outcomes.
Ms. Shifflett has held senior management positions with specialties in multisite clinical research coordination; development of clinical and community guidelines; survey design, development, and implementation; and data analytics and evaluation.
Her work focuses on global health and infectious and chronic disease prevention and control with an emphasis in special populations, including pregnant women and children, health care providers, and the elderly.
