Mónica Morales

Mónica Morales is an experienced marketing and graphic design professional currently serving as a Marketing Specialist - Graphics at Westbow since April 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing multiple brands and contributing to the company culture as part of the Guatemala offices' culture committee. In addition to this role, Mónica co-founded Homie inc. in 2021, focusing on home decor, and has been a freelance senior graphic designer since 2013, specializing in areas such as social media, branding, and art direction. Previous positions include Project Manager at SEGA Servicios, Graphic Designer at Garcia + Robles, and Marketing Manager at POWER by CBI, where Mónica managed various high-profile brands. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from Universidad del Istmo.
