Heather Neal is the Director of Finance at Westbrook School Department. Heather has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations, with a focus on school finance and operations. Heather has worked as a Business & Human Resource & Food Service Director, CEO, Staff Accountant, and Stand-up Comedian & Writer. Heather is an expert in Maine Charter School Finance and Operations and has worked closely with Maine's first virtual charter school as a contracted Chief Financial Officer.
