Dave Syer

Dave Syer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the electrical distribution industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Westburne Canada since April 2017, Dave oversees one of Canada's leading industry players, which boasts a robust online presence and over 100 branch locations. Prior to this role, Dave was Vice President of Supplier Relations and Business Development at Sonepar Canada from November 2013 to April 2017, focusing on vendor relationships and corporate strategies for a $1 billion enterprise. Dave also held multiple leadership positions at Hubbell Canada LP from 1997 to 2013, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing and National Sales Manager for Wiring Systems, where responsibilities spanned sales strategies and market execution across various business units.
