Louise Whymark

Louise Whymark is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the Head of Technical at Westbury Street Holdings since January 2023, where strategic leadership of the technical function and assurance of the food supply chain across the UK and Europe is key. Louise has held various technical leadership roles at companies such as Lovering Foods, Fairoak Foods Limited, Sussex Bakes Ltd, and Winterbotham Darby & Co Ltd, where responsibilities ranged from managing supplier assurance programs to overseeing technical account teams for major UK retailers. With a strong background in technical consulting at Blue Spark Organisation, and active involvement as a Global Working Group Member for BRCGS, Louise possesses a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and best practices, supported by an MSc in Food Technology from the University of Reading and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Exeter.
