Maria Stanford

Maria Stanford currently serves as the People and Talent Director at WSH, a position held since January 2019. Prior to this role, Maria was the Head of Board Practice for Consumer at Green Park, an executive search firm, from December 2016 to December 2018. Maria also held the position of Director at Stanford James from December 2015 to December 2018, specializing in enhancing organizational performance through HR expertise. Previous experience includes serving as Group HR Director at Selfridges Group for a decade, and various HR leadership roles at Marks & Spencer PLC, Pret A Manger, and as a consultant for the Maria Stanford Human Resources Consultancy. Maria earned a degree in Government and Western European Politics from the University of Essex between 1981 and 1984.
