Daniela M. Parra is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as an Assistant District Attorney at the Westchester County District Attorney's Office since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at Heidell Pittoni Murphy & Bach LLP and as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney Office. Daniela began legal career as a Legal Intern at the Queens District Attorney's Office and has gained diverse experience through various internships, including positions at the Legal Aid Society of Westchester County and the New York State Office of Special Investigations. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a focus on Pre-Law Studies from The City College of New York. Additional experiences encompass mediating at the New York State Attorney General's Office and leadership roles at The City College of New York’s Colin Powell Center.

The Westchester County District Attorney's Office--with more than 120 Assistant District Attorneys, 34 investigators, and about 90 support personnel--is the largest local prosecutorial agency in New York State north of New York City led by DA Miriam E.
