Dean Tarulli

Dean Tarulli is a seasoned professional in environmental management and resilience, currently serving as the Director of Flood Mitigation and Resilience for Westchester County since April 2024. Previously, from July 2019 to March 2024, Tarulli worked as a CDBG-DR Project Manager at Winsor Group, focusing on nature-based solutions and climate resilience. Prior experience includes roles as Hurricane Sandy Relief Biologist at NEIWPCC and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and as a Field Interviewer for NOAA. Early career roles encompassed positions at the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation and research support at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Tarulli holds a degree in Marine Sciences from Stony Brook University.
