Jessica Piecyk, MPA, LMSW has a diverse work experience in the field of social work. Jessica started their career as an Intern at Family and Children's Agency in 2011, where they ran groups for teenagers at high schools and worked with new mothers to prevent child abuse.

In 2013, Jessica worked as a Therapist at Four Winds Hospital, specializing in providing therapy to inpatient teenagers in crisis. Jessica utilized Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques in their practice.

In 2015, Jessica joined Westchester as a Child Care Home Visitor, visiting homes to provide support and guidance to parents. In 2016, they worked briefly as an Art Therapist at Westfield Day School, utilizing art therapy techniques to support children.

Returning to Westchester in 2017, Jessica assumed the role of Assistant Director for Parent Child Programs. In this position, they contributed to program development and provided support to both parents and child care providers. Their focus during this program was on policy for children in poverty.
