Niomi Plotkin

Niomi Plotkin is an experienced educational evaluator and facilitator currently employed at YAI since September 2024, and also serves as the Employment Training and Engagement Manager at Westchester Jewish Community Services since September 2021. In previous roles, Niomi has held positions such as Principal at DGK School, Program Director of Career Network at Phipps Neighborhoods, Leadership Development Consultant at Educational Consultancy, and Director of New School Development and Leadership at New York City Charter School Center. Through these roles, Niomi has demonstrated expertise in facilitating community engagement, innovative program development, mentorship, instructional leadership, and strategic partnership building. Niomi holds a Master's Degree from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's Degree from SUNY Empire State College, complemented by additional training from the Rhode Island Instructional Leadership Academy.
