Kelly MacMillan

Kelly MacMillan-Akram serves as Senior Vice President at Westchester Medical Center, a member of WMCHealth, since October 2017. Previously, from 2012 to 2016, Kelly MacMillan-Akram held the position of Director of Public Infrastructure at Empire State Development, where responsibilities included oversight and management of major construction projects such as the new Tappan Zee Bridge, the Javits Center Expansion, and the new Penn Station project, as appointed by New York State Governor Cuomo.
