Midian Townsend BSN, RN, CEN, CPEN, EMT-P currently serves as the Assistant Nurse Manager of the Emergency Department at Westchester Medical Center since August 2020, after previously working as a Registered Nurse in the same department. Prior experience includes serving as a Paramedic with New Windsor Volunteer Ambulance since September 2012 and Rockland Paramedics Services from November 2007 to January 2019. Midian Townsend began a nursing career as an Emergency Room Nurse and Labor and Delivery Nurse at Hospital Dona Helena from June 2000 to August 2006. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University at Buffalo, an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing, and an Associate in Applied Science in Emergency Medical Service from Rockland Community College, with ongoing master's studies in Family Practice Nursing at Mount Saint Mary College.
