Urshila Shah

Urshila Shah, Pharm.D. BCPS, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Pharmacy Officer at Westchester Medical Center Health Network, a position held since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles as the Executive Director of Oncology Service Line, Pharmacy Services, and Clinical Research, as well as the Executive Director of Pharmacy Services at St. Joseph's Health from August 2021 to October 2025. Urshila has also been the President of the New Jersey Society of Health System Pharmacists from May 2023 to June 2024, and held various leadership positions at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital from June 2012 to August 2021, overseeing pharmacy operations and process improvement initiatives. Education was completed at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, culminating in a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2011.
