William Hatcher

William Hatcher is an experienced project manager currently employed at Westchester Modular Homes Construction Corp. since September 2023. Prior to this role, William served as a mechanical engineer at OLA Consulting Engineers, PC from July 2021 to September 2023 and worked as a transportation construction inspector for the New York State Department of Transportation during the summer of 2020.
