Samuel Goggins

Samuel Goggins, CPCU, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Casualty at Westchester, A Chubb Company, since May 2022. With extensive experience at Chubb since August 2014, Samuel has held several key positions including Executive Underwriter and Senior Underwriter. Prior to this, Samuel worked as a Technical Assistant at AmWINS Group from September 2012 to August 2014. Samuel Goggins holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Mississippi, earned in 2012.
