Dr. Tony R. Lyons

Dr. Tony R. Lyons currently serves as the Dean of the College of Technology & Engineering at Westcliff University, a position held since May 2023. In addition to this role, Dr. Lyons has been the President & Executive Consultant at P2e Solutions, LLC since July 2010, providing consulting services in Information Technology and Business Process Management. Previous academic appointments include Dean and Associate Dean for the College of Business & Doctoral Studies at Colorado Technical University, where responsibilities encompassed curriculum development, accreditation, and strategic program development. Dr. Lyons' earlier career includes significant leadership roles at Chrysler Financial, where extensive IT management and technology strategy development were key focuses. Dr. Lyons holds a Doctorate in Management Information Technology from Lawrence Technological University, an MBA in Management & Computer Information Sciences from the Wisconsin School of Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Tennessee State University.
