Hugo Javier Torres is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative support and martial arts instruction. At Westcoast Brace & Limb, Torres has served as an Administrative Assistant since September 2020. Concurrently, Torres has held the role of Martial Arts Head Instructor at the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA since September 2016. Prior to these positions, Torres owned and operated Life Skills Martial Arts - ATA as Chief Instructor from January 2013 to August 2016 and served as Chief Instructor at #1 Martial Arts from January 2001 to January 2013. Our five office locations cover the entire West Central Florida region (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Polk Counties) and we provide emergency on-call service 24/7 for practitioners, covering nights and weekends. Westcoast also operates Mobile Units that are equipped with the latest technology and tools so our clinicians can make critical adjustments and provide specialized care for adult and pediatric patients who are homebound or in the hospital, and reach those in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
