Westcoast Connection
Allison Plessett is an experienced coordinator currently working at Westcoast Connection since March 2022, following a role as a co-kindergarten teacher at the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education from November 2018 to 2020. Previous positions include environmental educator at Riverbend Environmental Education Center and trip leader and lifeguard at Westcoast Connection earlier in 2018. Notable internships include contributions to wildlife conservation and environmental education with AfriOceans and a role with the United Nations Youth Corp focused on marine ecosystems. Allison Plessett has also held swim instructor and lifeguard positions at both Carolina Swim Academy and Coastal Carolina University. Allison Plessett earned a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Coastal Carolina University in 2018 and studied at Universidad San Francisco de Quito in 2017.
