Karen Flug

Karen has been a member of WESTconsin Credit Union since 1997. She was elected to the Board of Directors in 2019. Karen was born and raised in Menomonie. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and an MBA from UW-Eau Claire. As a senior healthcare executive with over 27 year’s leadership, general management and P&L experience, Karen has a successful track record of growing businesses and building relationships. Karen currently is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Forefront Dermatology. Karen previously served on local advisory boards including the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Finance and Accounting Department Advisory Board and the Sacred Heart Hospital Advisory Board.
