Joanna Pacheco

Joanna Pacheco has a diverse work experience in the property management field. Joanna started their career with Concierge Asset Management as an Assistant Property Manager, where they took over property management responsibilities and worked to maximize occupancy. Joanna then worked at Greystar as a Property Manager, supervising on-site operations and managing a team of 11 individuals. After that, they joined Richfield Investment Corp as a Property Manager, where they analyzed and implemented management policies to enhance the property's value. Currently, they are employed at Westdale Asset Management as a Regional Administrator and Community Director, responsible for administrative tasks and budget variance explanations.

Joanna Pacheco obtained an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The College of Health Care Professions in 2022.
