Virginia Endress

Virginia Endress, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and data management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Westdale Asset Management since July 2013, Virginia leads communication campaigns for over 1,000 employees across 15 states and assists with research and compliance efforts alongside the Vice President of Human Resources. Responsibilities include program implementation for employee benefits and systems, payroll processing, and developing record retention procedures. Prior experience includes managing data services for the Texas Association of School Administrators, where Virginia provided member services to a professional association of over 2,000 members and developed a comprehensive membership database. Virginia holds an Associate of Arts degree from Dallas College.
