Jim McCafferty

Jim McCafferty has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, spanning over two decades. Jim is currently working as the Director of Catering and Events at westdrift Manhattan Beach (a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel) since March 2022. Before this, they held the role of Director of Catering and Event Management at Westin Hotels & Resorts from May 2015 to March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Renaissance Hotels as the Director of Event Planning from August 2011 to May 2015 and as a Senior Event Manager from September 2008 to August 2011. Jim also worked at Marriott International as an Event Manager from March 2006 to September 2008 and as a Restaurant and Beverage Manager from October 2003 to March 2006. Their career in hospitality started at Radisson, where they served as a Restaurant and Bar Manager from September 2000 to September 2003.

Jim McCafferty attended Nashoba Valley Technical from 1996 to 1999, where they studied Culinary Arts and Hotel Management.
