Katie Winn

Katie Winn is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and process engineering within the minerals and water treatment industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at WesTech Engineering since January 2025, Katie previously held key positions at Lilac Solutions, including Senior Manager of Engineering, where responsibilities involved managing engineering activities for DLE technology and leading cross-functional teams on demonstration scale projects across North America and South America. Prior to that, Katie worked at Veolia Water Technologies for over a decade, advancing from Engineer I to Engineer III, where significant contributions included leading pilot scale test programs and collaborating on complex flowsheet solutions. Katie holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville, along with a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution.
