Izzy Rubin

Izzy Rubin currently serves as the Tableau UI/UX Solutions and Engagement Lead at WestEd since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director and Data Analytics Manager at The Opportunity Trust from August 2020 to January 2024, and as a Strategic Data Project Fellow at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University, where Izzy contributed to social impact projects. Additional positions include a People Strategy & Analytics Intern at PathAI, a Data Analysis Graduate Assistant at Harvard Graduate School of Education, and various human resources roles at Gallagher and Interlake Mecalux, Inc. Izzy holds a Master of Education in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Romance Languages & Literature from the University of Chicago.
