Angela Knotts

Angela Knotts is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in mathematics teacher development and educational research. Currently serving as a Research Associate and Co-Director of the WSVMI Mathematics Network at WestEd since May 2012, Angela leads professional development initiatives and conducts research studies to enhance mathematics instruction. Angela's previous roles include training and scoring for the PACT Consortium, mentoring intern teachers at Breakthrough San Francisco, and serving as a Clinical Supervisor at the San Francisco Education Fund. Angela holds a Master of Arts in Mathematics Teacher Education from Stanford University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Music Theory & Composition from Oberlin College.
