Cynthia Martinez-Roberts

Cynthia Martinez-Roberts is a seasoned professional in early childhood mental health and development, currently serving as a Training and Support Specialist at WestEd since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist at Jewish Family & Community Services East Bay for nearly a decade, and a Triple P Practitioner at C.O.P.E. Family Support Center. Cynthia's background also features significant contributions at Brighter Beginnings, where various roles involved community resource connections, developmental screenings, and the facilitation of parenting courses and workshops. Additionally, an internship at the UCSF-Infant Parent Program provided early exposure to therapeutic practices in infant mental health. Cynthia holds a Master’s degree in Infant Mental Health from Mills College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University.
