Dr. Sharon Herpin

Dr. Sharon Herpin, Ed.D., is a Senior Project Director at WestEd, overseeing research, evaluation, and consulting projects across various levels since January 2000. In addition, Dr. Herpin owns Herpin Consulting, offering services aimed at enhancing practices and efficiency for individuals and non-profit organizations, while also coaching over 100 graduate students to successfully complete their doctoral dissertations. Furthermore, Dr. Herpin served as an Adjunct Professor at Brandman University from September 2016 to November 2023, teaching data analytics to graduate students in business and nursing. Dr. Herpin holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Change Management from Brandman University and a Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
