Jannelle Kubinec

Jannelle Kubinec serves as the Chief Executive Officer of WestEd, where over 24 years of experience in transforming outcomes for children, youth, and families through research, policy, and technical assistance have been leveraged. With 12 years in various leadership roles at WestEd, Jannelle Kubinec has supported growth, innovation, and impact. Prior to WestEd, Jannelle held the position of Chief Administrative Officer, Program Director, and Director of State, Federal, and Special Projects at School Services of California from October 2004 to June 2011. Jannelle's career also includes roles as Associate Vice President at MGT of America and Senior Fiscal and Policy Analyst at the California Legislative Analyst's Office. Education includes a Master of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.
