Rashmi Narsana

Rashmi Narsana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, business development, and nonprofit management. Currently serving as Vice President of Executive Operations at WestEd since August 2022, Rashmi is also the Founder and CEO of CGT Strategy, which focuses on institutional strengthening for nonprofit organizations through strategic capacity-building projects. Additionally, Rashmi founded CGT Connects to foster collaboration among mission-driven organizations and consultants. Past roles include Adjunct Faculty at the University of Vermont, Chief of Staff at Public School Allies, and Chief Operating Officer at Jobs for the Future. With a strong background in business development at American Institutes for Research and Learning Point Associates, Rashmi has led substantial proposal submissions and strategic planning efforts. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Community Development and Applied Economics from the University of Vermont, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Narsee Monjee College, and completion of a program on Advancing DEI in Workplaces.
