Shirley Feldman

Shirley Feldman is an experienced educator and program associate specializing in English learners and migrant education services. Currently serving as a Senior Program Associate at WestEd since August 2020, Shirley focuses on curriculum development, professional learning, and coaching for K-12 education. Additionally, Shirley has contributed as a curriculum writer for Bully the Show and has held various positions including Customer Success Manager at Lexia Learning and Education Consultant at Generation Ready. Previous experiences include instructing the RETELL course for the Massachusetts Department of Education and developing ESL curricula. Shirley holds a Master of Arts in Sociology and Education Policy from Teachers College, Columbia University, and teaching certifications from Boston University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida.
