Tanner Higgin

Tanner Higgin, Ph.D., is a Senior EdTech Researcher at WestEd, where responsibilities include guiding funding, research, and content strategy for the Learning & Technology area's edtech portfolio. Previously, Tanner served as a Principal Consultant at Dune Shift, focusing on competitive intelligence and content strategy for edtech.
