Rick Rausch

Rick Rausch has a diverse work experience in the field of wireless technology. Rick currently serves as a Sales Director at Westell since August 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Sales Director at Communication Technology Services, LLC from April 2017 to August 2019.

In 2016, Rick held the position of VP of Sales - USA at RoamBOOST, where they led a sales team and collaborated with wireless operators and DAS customers to resolve wireless coverage issues.

Before joining RoamBOOST, Rick worked as an Area VP - Sales at Westell from December 2015 to July 2016. From August 2013 to December 2015, they served as a Sales Engineering Manager-South Region at ADRF, where they managed the sales engineering operations in the southern region.

In 2013, Rick also has experience working as a DAS Engineering Manager at Advanced RF Technologies for a brief period from April to July.

Prior to that, they held the role of Engineering Services Manager at Longent, LLC. from January 2009 to April 2013. In this role, Rick was responsible for designing and deploying in-building wireless and DAS systems, as well as analyzing wireless operator service levels.

Rick's earlier work experience includes roles such as RF Eng. Manager at T-Mobile USA in 2008, RF Manager at SunCom Wireless/T-Mobile from 2001 to 2008, and Sr. RF Engineer Consultant at TTK Wireless from January to May 2001.

Rick Rausch received their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Associates degree in the field of study at St. Johns River Community College from 1989 to 1991. Rick graduated from Leesburg High School in 1989. Additionally, Rick obtained certifications as a Public Fire and Life Safety Educator from both the North Carolina Department of Insurance in October 2020 and the Florida State Fire College in March 2020.
