Becky O'Neill has over a decade of experience in learning and development roles within various companies such as Westerleigh Group, Clarks, and New Look. Becky is skilled in working with stakeholders to develop themselves and their teams, proposing high-quality training interventions, managing development interventions, evaluating solutions, and managing projects and budgets. With a background in leadership development and international brand support, Becky has a strong foundation in HR project management and people development training. Becky holds a BA Hons in Sport and Leisure Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
