Misha Pavlov is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Westerleigh Concepts since June 2021, Misha previously held various leadership roles at DOME Print and Marketing Solutions, including President, CFO, COO, and VP of Operations from January 2016 to June 2021. Prior to that, Misha worked at RR Donnelley in key positions such as President, VP Manufacturing, and Managing Director from May 2012 to January 2016. Misha began the career as Director of Direct Mail at Pacific Standard Print from January 2007 to May 2012. Misha's academic background includes studies at Arizona State University and California State University-Sacramento.
