Ryon Boen has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Ryon started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Phoenix International in 1995. Ryon then moved on to TestQuest, where they held multiple positions including Manager of Professional Services, Director of Product Management, and Vice President of Products from 2000 to 2007. In 2007, Boen joined Western Agency as a Chief Operating Officer until 2010, when they were promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Ryon Boen obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from North Dakota State University between 1990 and 1994. Following this, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Strategic Marketing from Minnesota State University Moorhead between 1997 and 1999.
