Alex Schleck

Alex Schleck is a seasoned professional in operational risk management, currently serving as Senior Director of Operational Risk at Western Alliance Bank since September 2021, with prior roles including Director and Associate Director of Operational Risk Management. Alex has extensive experience in the financial sector, having worked as Enterprise Risk Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas from June 2017 to August 2021 and as a Manager at Protiviti from July 2013 to June 2017. Early career experience includes serving as Staff Auditor at Pacific Capital Bancorp, where responsibilities encompassed the entire audit process and risk evaluation of business processes.
