Ivan Miller

Ivan Miller is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in legal and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Officer at Western Alliance Bank since January 2022, Ivan previously held roles at MUFG Union Bank, N.A., where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating agreements as Vice President and overseeing compliance matters as Assistant Vice President. Earlier experience includes serving as a Contracts Administrator at DreamWorks Animation SKG, where Ivan managed employee contracts and production agreements, and as a Law Clerk at Good, West & Schuetze, where tasks encompassed drafting legal documents and preparing trial exhibits.
