Johnathon Guov, MBA, is a seasoned professional in the banking sector with extensive experience in operations, governance, and credit risk management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations & Governance at Western Alliance Bank since November 2019, Johnathon leads efforts to expand the Digital Asset Group portfolio while developing policies and risk frameworks. Previously, Johnathon held positions including Vice President of Digital Asset Banking and Senior Credit Risk Review Officer at Western Alliance, as well as AVP Credit Risk Analyst at Zions Bancorporation and Credit Analyst at U.S. Bank.
