Katherine McDowell is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Senior Vice President at Western Alliance Bank since November 2023, where Katherine is a founding member of the Aerospace & Defense practice, focusing on delivering financial solutions to A&D companies with revenues over $20MM. Previously, Katherine held the position of Senior Vice President at City National Bank, with a strong corporate finance background in debt markets and treasury management. Katherine also served as Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo and GE Capital, specializing in Aerospace & Defense, and held roles at Janes Capital Partners and Edgeview Partners. Katherine's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Investment Management from Yale School of Management and a BA in American Studies from Brown University, complemented by experience as an Olympian with the U.S. Olympic Team.
