Kayla Berkman

Kayla Berkman serves as Senior Vice President at Western Alliance Bank since October 2021, focusing on providing top-tier products, technology, and solutions for escrow and payment needs related to mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. Previously, Kayla worked as Senior Director of M&A at Fortis Advisors LLC from April 2014 to October 2021, where responsibilities included collaborating with clients and legal counsel during pre-signing and closing phases, negotiating M&A and escrow agreements, and addressing post-closing challenges.
