Tomas Fach

Tomas Fach is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate and banking sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President for both National Builder Finance and CRE Residential Finance at Western Alliance Bank since September 2020, Tomas specializes in providing residential construction financing solutions nationwide. Previously, as Vice President at Flagstar Bank, Tomas focused on developing lending relationships with production home builders and residential investment groups. As the Principal and Founder of Dockside Real Estate Advisors, Tomas emphasized client service and maintaining relationships within the real estate and banking industries. Additional roles include Vice President at Enterprise Bank & Trust, Officer in the Special Assets Division at First Financial Bank, and Commercial Lender at Irwin Union Bank. Early in the career, Tomas made significant contributions as a Loan Production Associate at RBC Builder Finance and as Teller Manager at Bank of America. Tomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Texas State University.
