Tim Spicer

Tim Spicer is an experienced professional in energy management and project management, currently serving as an Energy Management and Marketing Specialist at Western Area Power Administration since February 2022. Prior to this role, Tim worked as a Transmission Service Operator 2 at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc., enhancing operational efficiency from May 2019 to February 2022.
