Mr Macliver is a highly experienced listed company director and Chartered Accountant with significant experience as a senior executive and director of both resource and industrial companies, with particular responsibility for company strategy development, capital raising and all other forms corporate development initiatives. Mr Macliver is Executive Chairman of Grange Consulting Group Pty Ltd which provides specialist corporate advisory services to both listed and unlisted companies.
