Bruce Harris has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Bruce started their career as a Vice President at Bankers Trust Company in 1990 and held this position until 1996. In 1997, they joined SAP as a Product Manager, a role they held until 1998. Bruce then joined Bank of America in 2003 as a Project Manager. Bruce worked at Bank of America until 2004 when they moved on to Western Asset Management, where they have held multiple roles including Information Technology Consultant, Project Lead, Information Technology Project Manager, and currently, Information Technology Product Manager since January 2022.

Bruce Harris attended Bronx High School of Science from 1977 to 1980, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Following high school, they enrolled at the University at Albany, SUNY, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from 1980 to 1984. Additionally, in September 2003, Bruce Harris obtained a certification from the Project Management Institute.
