Tony La, M.B.A. has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Tony started their career in 2004 as a Senior Personal Financial Representative at Washington Mutual. In this role, they worked with clients to assist them with their financial needs.

In 2005, they joined Community West Bank as an SBA Workout Specialist. Here, they worked with business and commercial loan clients who were delinquent on loan payments. Their responsibilities included assessing payment facilitation, monitoring a portfolio of non-performing loans, and handling customer service calls and inquiries.

In 2007, Tony moved to Western Asset Management as an IT Business Analyst in the Information Technology department. Tony provided business analysis of client reporting needs, analyzing reporting requests and data needs, and creating or updating reports. Tony also served as the primary point of contact for any ad hoc inquiries related to client reporting.

In 2014, Tony transitioned to the real estate industry and joined Dilbeck Real Estate as a Realtor. Tony served as a real estate agent, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Throughout their career, Tony has demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Tony La, M.B.A. pursued their higher education at California State University, Los Angeles, where they attained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management in 2012. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Economics and Communication from UC Santa Barbara in 2004.
