Philip de Bruyn is a Senior Project Officer in Carbon Farming at the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions since December 2017. Previously, Philip held roles such as Projects Officer at the Western Australian Department of Parks and Wildlife and Fire Planning Coordinator at the Kimberley Land Council. With a background in Conservation Ecology from the University of Stellenbosch, Philip also has experience as an Assistant Reserve Manager and Head Ranger.
