WAVES provides 24 hour care with an after hours emergency service combined with access to veterinary specialists during the day. 

We are a veterinary referral hospital designed to provide high quality advanced and specialist care for family pets. Our staff are friendly, dedicated, compassionate  and highly knowledgeable veterinarians and nurses who aim to provide the highest level of care for pets in Perth in a supportive partnership with the pets general practitioner.

WAVES offers a range of specialist referral services which includes surgery, medicine, emergency and critical care and diagnostic imaging. All of these services (except emergency) require a referral from your pet's regular veterinarian to the specialist prior to consultation. The emergency service is staffed by specialist and non- specialist veterinarians. 

WAVES aims to work together with your veterinarian much in the same way your family general practitioner works with your specialist in providing the best medical care.
