Fiona McGauchie

Fiona McGauchie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne and as the Country Leader for Australia and New Zealand at Egon Zehnder, McGauchie also holds a position as an Independent Member of the Nominations Committee for Tennis Australia and as a Non-Executive Board Member for the Western Bulldogs. Previous leadership roles include Chair of the Malthouse Theatre and Non-Executive Board Member at several organizations, including the Melbourne Chamber Orchestra and the Centre for Contemporary Photography. McGauchie holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and dual undergraduate degrees in Commerce and Law (Hons) from the University of Melbourne.
