Hannah Dower is a dedicated sports scientist and educator currently serving as a PhD candidate at Victoria University, focusing on female athlete health and well-being. Hannah has extensive experience in various roles including content contributor and workshop facilitator for The Live Life Whole Project, online facilitator and lecturer at Australian Catholic University, and multiple positions within the AFL, including Head of Female High Performance for Calder Cannons and U16's Vic Metro Strength and Conditioning Coach. Prior to these roles, Hannah worked as an accredited exercise physiologist and in rehabilitation coordination with the Western Bulldogs. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology, an Honours degree on menstrual cycle effects on female athletes, and an ongoing Doctor of Philosophy program.
