Jon Couston is an experienced professional in infrastructure and operations management with a strong background in sports organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure & Operations for the Western Bulldogs since February 2021, Jon previously held positions at the St Kilda Football Club, including Head of Infrastructure & Major Projects and Project Director, from July 2015 to February 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Coordinator at Sport and Recreation Victoria from May 2008 to August 2015, and Recreation Strategic Projects Coordinator for Mornington Peninsula Shire 'Sea for Yourself' from February 2006 to April 2008. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Law from Monash University and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science (Human Movement) and Management from the University of Ballarat.
